An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Katie holds advanced credentials in systems coaching, including Organisational & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC), ICF’s Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), and EMCC’s Coach Supervision Certification (ESIA). Her approach seamlessly blends structure with spontaneity, bringing energy, clarity, and focus to even the most complex environments.
In addition to training and supervising the next generation of team coaches, Katie hosts the Relationship Matters podcast, a globally recognised platform that explores Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching and the power of conscious, intentional relationships in life and work. In 2020, she also had the opportunity to deliver a talk for TEDx Charlotte on the power and importance of storytelling in everyday life.
